How long does it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time can vary, typically from 5 to 12 days, as the merchandise departs from the Dominican Republic every Thursday. We'll provide you with tracking information to monitor your order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched from the Dominican Republic and en route to the United States, we'll provide you with a UPS tracking number. You'll also receive timely email notifications with updates on the status of your delivery.

How do I make a payment using Zelle?

  1. Open the Zelle app on your phone and send the total amount shown on this checkout page to our email: info@buydominicansnacks.com. Ensure your Zelle account is enrolled under the name Manuel San Miguel Alvarez.
  2. Add the full name you used to place this order in the "NOTE" section during the transfer. This step is crucial to confirming your order and initiating its immediate processing.
  3. Once the transfer is complete, click on 'Complete Order' on this checkout page.
  4. After we receive your payment, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will promptly commence processing your order.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship to the United States. We plan to expand our service worldwide soon.

Are the products guaranteed in terms of quality and expiration date?

Absolutely! All the products we sell through our website come from trusted and reliable companies. Every item is sealed and packaged in its original state, ensuring the utmost quality. Rest assured, all products purchased will have a minimum expiration date of 4 months at the time of delivery. Your satisfaction and the quality of our offerings are our top priorities.

I've received a different item to what i ordered

n the unlikely event you've receive a wrong item or the wrong order, or your order is damaged in any way, please contact us with the following information and we'll get it sorted;

  • The name of the item you didn't receive
  • A photo and the name of the item you have received (if the wrong item)
